Overview<\/h2>\n

At YNELIA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it<\/strong>. Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable, with tags and accessories included.<\/p>\n

    Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n

    For hygiene, safety, or product-condition reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.<\/p>\n

      Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n

      If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.<\/p>\n

      Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review the situation and provide the appropriate solution.<\/p>\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n

      If your return is approved, we will arrange the applicable refund according to the payment method and circumstances of your order.<\/p>\n

      For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method will be communicated to you when your return is approved.<\/p>\n
